Terms
Last updated: 22 October 2026
These terms apply to the Inbox Discord bots (Inbox, Inbox Pro and Inbox Business), the website inboxbot.de and the dashboard. By adding a bot to a server or using the dashboard, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Inbox is run by the operator named in the imprint. You can reach us at kiano@inboxbot.de.
2. The service
Inbox is a ticket bot for Discord: members open private ticket channels, staff answer them, and conversations can be saved as transcripts. The dashboard lets server managers set Inbox up.
We may change, add or remove features. Optional features such as the AI assistant or paid plans may be switched off at times.
3. Who may use Inbox
You must follow Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, including Discord’s minimum age. Only people who may manage a server (owner, Manage Server or Administrator) can set Inbox up for it.
The server that adds Inbox is responsible for how it is used there, including telling its members that tickets and transcripts are recorded.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Inbox to:
- break the law or Discord’s rules, or harass, threaten or harm anyone;
- share content that is illegal, sexualises minors, or infringes others’ rights;
- spam, send malware, or collect other people’s data without permission;
- attack, overload, reverse engineer or get around the limits of the service.
We may limit, suspend or block servers and accounts that break these rules, and the bot may leave such servers.
5. Plans and payment
Inbox has a free plan. Paid plans (Pro and Business), when offered, are billed through Stripe, renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time; they then end at the close of the paid period. Prices and the features of each plan are shown on the website and in the dashboard before you buy.
Consumers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal for paid plans. If you ask us to start at once, you agree that the right ends once the service has been fully provided.
6. Your content
Messages, form answers and files in tickets belong to the people who wrote them. You give us the right to store, process and show them only as needed to run Inbox for your server (for example, to build transcripts).
7. Availability
We work to keep Inbox online, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. Discord outages and changes to Discord’s platform are outside our control. Planned maintenance is announced where possible.
8. Liability
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and where the law requires it. For slight negligence we are only liable for breaching essential duties of the contract, limited to the damage that is typical and foreseeable. Otherwise our liability is excluded.
9. Ending
You can stop using Inbox at any time by removing the bot from your server. We may end or suspend the service for a server or account that seriously breaks these terms. What happens to stored data is explained in the privacy policy.
10. Changes and law
We may update these terms. For important changes we give notice on the website or in the dashboard before they apply. German law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection in your country.
